The Dream Catcher
A constantly changing, expressive figure made of steel. With its clear lines and contours
- “The Dream Catcher”
With it I try to portray the wide range of human emotions and fantasies: love, hope, joy, sadness.
The entire spectrum of life has been the subject of my long-standing work. I work as a painter and sculptor. During the process of working in my studio, I create a very special sound and light atmosphere. This has enriched and influenced my work from the very beginning and has become a concept.
Through light and shadow, I bring sculpture and image together into a symbiosis. The viewer is presented with a world of their own. I use special spaces as backdrops, such as old industrial facilities, natural gardens and parks, and sacred spaces. I try to incorporate characteristics of nature and architecture, and their atmosphere, into my work.
I love children's work; it's free and imaginative. Like them, I play with form, light, sound, and space.
